Kruthi Sreesha

Kruthi has a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from India and is currently pursuing her Professional Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy at The School of Positive Psychology specialising in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solutions Focused Brief Therapy and Clinical Hypnotherapy. Kruthi has interned at Manasa Psychiatric Hospital founded by eminent psychiatrist Dr. K.A. Ashok Pai. She has worked closely with the patients presenting with generalised anxiety, depression and bipolar spectrum.
Kruthi is transitioning from a successful career in User Experience research and design. With a robust background in human-centred research and an extensive history in psychology, Kruthi is now channelling her expertise into counselling and psychotherapy. Her transition is driven by a deep-seated passion for understanding human behaviour and fostering emotional well-being. Kruthi’s unique blend of skills in empathy, research, and evidence-based decision-making equips her with a profound understanding of human dynamics, making her well-suited to support and guide individuals in their personal growth and mental health journeys

Kruthi enjoys working with adults, adolescents and children.Her therapeutic approach is deeply rooted in her extensive background in psychology and human centred interventions, blending a unique evidence-based methodology in her counselling practice. She works closely with her clients to identify their goals, strengths, and areas for growth helping clients explore their concerns and develop practical strategies for achieving desired outcomes. She is committed to understanding and addressing individual needs ensuring a supportive and effective therapeutic experience.
Originally from India, she lived in California before moving to Singapore with her husband and two boys. Outside of her profession she enjoys reading and yoga.
