Marta is studying for her Master’s in Psychotherapy and Counselling through the University of East London, UK. She holds a Professional Diploma in Psychotherapy and Counselling from the School of Positive Psychology in Singapore and a BA(Hon) in Language Studies from the Open University in the UK.

Therapeutic Approach

Marta is dedicated to offering a comforting and inviting therapeutic experience. She aims to create a warm space where clients feel free to share their thoughts, feelings and challenges compassionately.

Marta strongly believes in transforming life’s challenges into opportunities for growth and learning. With a caring and empathetic approach, she listens attentively and collaborates with clients to facilitate positive changes in their lives.

She draws from evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Solution Focus Brief Therapy (SFBT) and Hypnotherapy to enhance individual well-being and promote positive transformation.

Background and Experience

Marta can bring to her practice sixteen years of experience working as a teacher in International schools across Asia and Europe. She has lived in Singapore for the last four years and previously lived in the UK and China for most of her life. She spent the first part of her life growing up in Spain. She can conduct therapy in English and Spanish.
