Find Support For Your Family

At 'Us', collaboration is at the heart of the work we do. We work with children, adolescents, and families to address a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, behavioral difficulties, family conflicts, parenting, transition and third cultures, and more. Our approach is tailored to the specific needs and goals of each individual or family, and we use a range of evidence-based interventions to support our clients in reaching their full potential.

Help With Self - Discovery

Self-reflection and introspection are key to getting to know ourselves better and finding our purpose in life. There are several ways to gain a deeper understanding of ourselves, like reading, listening, exploring, and talking. As we learn more about ourselves, we start to get a clearer idea of what's important to us in love, work, friendship, and self-care. With this newfound knowledge, we can make choices and take steps that align with our values and make our lives feel more meaningful and fulfilling.

Help With Finding Purpose

Finding our purpose in life is important for our overall happiness and well-being. Our purpose is not limited to specific goals like getting married, finding a job, or having kids, although these do give us a sense of achievement. Having a sense of purpose is like having a compass that guides our decisions and keeps us on track towards the true north, especially in times of uncertainty. There are many ways to discover our purpose, such as reading, talking to people and taking action. At Us, we help people build their sense of purpose through mental health community projects, a library of resources and support groups.

Self Discovery

Self-reflection and introspection are key to finding meaning and purpose in life. At Us, we’re here to help you explore who you are and the life you want to live.

Finding Purpose

Finding purpose is essential for living a fulfilling life. At Us, we’re committed to supporting you with the tools and guidance you need to find your purpose and live your best life.

Belonging

At Us, we support you with therapy, peer groups, resources and networks that you need to find your place in the community.

Help With Belonging

Humans have an innate need to belong and be a part of something. From an evolutionary standpoint, belonging to a ‘pack’ or ‘tribe’ was crucial for survival as it provided safety and support. Today, as our communities and society evolves, it can be harder to find groups to belong to that align with our values, purpose, and aspirations. At the moment, we are facing an epidemic of loneliness, even among people who are surrounded by others which has a significant negative impact on our overall well-being. Finding a community that shares our values, purpose, and aspirations can provide a sense of belonging and happiness. Discover the community at Us
