Workshops, Trainings & Seminars
We offer a diverse range of topics in our Corporate Workshops, including stress management, mindfulness practices, and developing a growth mindset. We conduct these workshops in a standalone format or we can integrate them into a larger event or meeting such as during lunchtime or a company event. We also offer group training for employees, using interactive exercises and role-play to impart important skills and knowledge in mental wellness. At Us, our clinicians have been trained by NOVA and can offer professional counseling and mental health support during a crisis, such as:

Our Crisis Response services include on-site support, individual or group counseling sessions, that can be offered in multiple languages (English, Hindi, Mandarin, German, Spanish, Dutch, Burmese) as well as with the use of interpreters.
