Gottman Method Couple Therapy

The Gottman Method is a research-based approach to couples therapy that focuses on improving communication, intimacy, and resolving conflicts in relationships, helping couples achieve a breakthrough and resolve many relationship issues.

EDMR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR is an evidence-based psychotherapy that enables people to heal from PTSD and other psychological conditions. It involves guiding clients to focus on traumatic memories while using bilateral stimulation to process the memory and reduce distress.

Life Coaching

Life coaching helps individuals identify and achieve personal and professional goals. It focuses on using existing skills and strengths to overcome challenges and make positive changes in their lives.

Schema Therapy

Schema Therapy involves identifying and modifying maladaptive patterns of behavior and beliefs shaped by early experiences and unmet emotional needs, and promoting self-compassion and healthy coping mechanisms.

Hypnotherapy

Hypnotherapy uses a state of relaxed concentration or Hypnosis, to access and modify the unconscious mind and it is used to treat anxiety, stress, phobias, insomnia, and in pain management.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

ACT emphasizes accepting thoughts, feelings and experiences, instead of trying to control them. It combines mindfulness and behaviour change strategies, with the goal of increasing psychological flexibility to help individuals develop a more fulfilling and meaningful life.

Compassion Focussed Therapy(CFT)

CFT emphasizes cultivating a mindset of compassion for others and self-compassion as a way to help individuals overcome feelings of shame, self-criticism and self-judgment. It involves challenging negative self-talk and beliefs and developing skills in mindfulness, promoting psychological well-being.

Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for Adults and Children

CBT helps individuals (adults and children) change negative thought patterns and behaviors that are associated with mental health problems, and develop new coping strategies.

Art Therapy for Children

Art therapy is rooted in the idea that creative expression can foster healing and mental well-being. It uses creative arts to help children communicate and process their emotions, developing new coping skills.

Play Therapy for Children

Play therapy uses play as a way for children to communicate their thoughts, feelings, and experiences and is beneficial for children who have difficulty expressing themselves verbally.

Online Counseling

We offer online video counseling sessions for clients in situations where face-to-face counseling is not possible.

Postnatal Therapy

Postnatal therapy is done by therapists who are trained in the mental health support that is required for parents who have been through childbirth.

Grief Therapy

Similar to couples therapy, but at an accelerated pace and proven by comprehensive research and trialing.

We recognize the significant disparities in access to quality mental health support in Singapore and Asia, and are committed to making a positive impact. We allocate 10% of our revenue to community projects in Singapore and collaborate with various charities with the goal of improving access to quality mental health support in the region.

We donate 10% of our revenue to community projects, and our team is committed to collaborating with other professionals, projects and organizations to improve mental health access in the region.

In our commitment to provide the best quality psychological care to our clients, we support our Associations as members of SPS and SAC and regularly invest in training our Clinicians to improve their skills.

We aim to reduce stigma and increase access to mental health support through our pro-bono, helpline, and community projects, as well as by offering lower cost therapy options to clients who need such support. We collaborate with various organizations such as Love Nils, Cavalry, and Fue Yi to offer therapy, workshops, and training.
