At 'Us', we have a team of highly skilled and qualified psychologists who offer tailored, evidence-based, and non-judgmental psychological support to individuals, families, couples, children, adolescents, institutes and organizations.

Our goal is to provide positive outcomes for our clients in a safe and confidential environment, adhering to Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) guidelines.

We use various evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy Model, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

At 'Us', supporting our team of clinicians is crucial to the work we do. We provide regular clinical supervision, training, and peer support to ensure our Clinicians have the tools they need to provide the best care possible. Clients are at the center of our focus and we are always looking for ways to improve our skills and knowledge, and provide the best and most effective mental health support to our community.

Supporting The Community

At 'Us', we strive to support our community by promoting values of inclusion and fairness within mental health. We recognize the significant disparities in access to quality mental health support in Singapore and Asia, and are committed to making a positive impact. We allocate 10% of our revenue to community projects in Singapore and collaborate with various charities with the goal of improving access to quality mental health support in the region.

For The Community

At Us, we strive to support the community by promoting inclusion and fairness in mental health, addressing disparities in access to quality mental health support in Singapore and Asia. We donate 10% of our revenue to community projects, and our team is committed to collaborating with other professionals, projects and organizations to improve mental health access in the region.

In our commitment to provide the best quality psychological care to our clients, we support our Associations as members of SPS and SAC and regularly invest in training our Clinicians to improve their skills.

We aim to reduce stigma and increase access to mental health support through our pro-bono, helpline, and community projects, as well as by offering lower cost therapy options to clients who need such support. We collaborate with various organizations such as Love Nils, Cavalry, and Fue Yi to offer therapy, workshops, and training.
