We use various evidence-based psychotherapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Schema Based Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR, Hypnotherapy, Art Therapy, Play Therapy, Gottman Couples Therapy Model, and Psychodynamic Therapy.

We provide regular clinical supervision, training, and peer support to ensure our Clinicians have the tools they need to provide the best care possible. Clients are at the center of our focus and we are always looking for ways to improve our skills and knowledge, and provide the best and most effective mental health support to our community.

At 'Us', we strive to support our community by promoting values of inclusion and fairness within mental health. We recognize the significant disparities in access to quality mental health support in Singapore and Asia, and are committed to making a positive impact. We allocate 10% of our revenue to community projects in Singapore and collaborate with various charities with the goal of improving access to quality mental health support in the region.
