At 'Us', supporting our team of clinicians is crucial to the work we do. We provide regular clinical supervision, training, and peer support to ensure our Clinicians have the tools they need to provide the best care possible. Clients are at the center of our focus and we are always looking for ways to improve our skills and knowledge, and provide the best and most effective mental health support to our community.
Professional Supervision
The team at Us offers professional supervision for developing clinicians at all levels of psychology training and practice. We offer:
Support for Educational & Clinical Psychology students
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Acceptance & Commitment Therapy (ACT)
Schema Therapy
Assessments: behavioral; educational; child; cognitive; autism
Counseling
Supervision for school SENCOs, counselors, support or leadership team roles and psychologist
Our Founder & Clinical Psychologist, Emma Waddington leads professional supervision programs at Us. She has extensive and diverse experience including supervising clinicians in Singapore, US and Australia; she has held academic positions at various universities (including National University Singapore); worked in local services and private practice; and is an SRP approved supervisor with the Singapore Psychological Society.
