Therapeutic Approaches

Marie-Claire predominantly offers first line recommended interventions with cognitive-behavioural approaches and draws on compassion focused therapy and dialectical behaviour therapy to adapt therapies for client’s individual and holistic circumstances to support them with their unique recovery journey. She also offers up to date high quality parenting support for positive behaviour development. All support is provided within a respectful space where clients can make choices about their therapy.

Prior to moving to Singapore Marie-Claire is offering videocall therapy which for some mental health presentations can be as effective and more accessible than face to face therapy.
