Background and Experience

Estephani holds a Master’s in Expressive Arts Therapy from The European Graduate School and is a member of the British and Singapore Psychology Society as well as the International Expressive Arts Therapy Association (IEATA). She has experience working with individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, bullying, and mood disorders. Estephani has worked in private practice with adolescents and adults and has volunteered as a play therapist at Evelina London Children’s Hospital. For the past three years, she has worked at the Latin American Women’s Rights Service (LAWRS) in London, providing counseling services to women facing gender violence. Estephani primarily aims to work with women, using art therapy to empower their mental health and well-being.

Personal

Estephani was born and raised in Brazil before moving to Argentina for her university studies. She later moved to London and Switzerland for her professional practice and master’s training. Drawing from her own experiences, Estephani understands the challenges of moving to and living in different countries and recognizes the importance of a culturally sensitive therapeutic approach. Estephani can conduct therapy in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
