Background And Experience

Vickie works with adults and adolescents from diverse backgrounds, and has a particular interest in supporting high-performing individuals, those navigating major life transitions and burnout, and athletes looking to improve their mental strength.

Her interest in psychology began during her undergraduate studies at Columbia University in New York City, where she developed a deep curiosity about how people think, feel, and grow. Over the past decade, she has worked in fast-paced corporate environments and lived in major cities around the world—experiences that shape her understanding of the pressures individuals face today.

Approach

Vickie offers a warm, non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore their thoughts and emotions. She believes that meaningful growth can happen at any point in a person’s journey, and meets clients where they are.

Her practice draws from evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT). She uses an integrative approach tailored to each client’s needs, encouraging insight, resilience, and sustainable change.
