Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
In Singapore, 40% of employees report facing high mental health risks, with nearly half experiencing moderate risk. 33% of young professionals just entering the workforce may already be struggling with severe symptoms of depression, anxiety or stress.
Despite this, fewer than 20% of human resources (HR) professionals say their companies offer comprehensive mental health resources.
Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) are confidential services provided by employers to support employees in managing personal or work-related issues that could impact their well-being or job performance.
By using an Employee Assistance Program (EAP), you can expect to gain support in key areas, including:
Emotional and Mental Health Support
Workplace Issues
Personal and Family Concerns

Frequently Asked Questions
How is employee privacy and confidentiality ensured?
Your privacy is our top priority. All services provided through the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) are strictly confidential.
No information about you or the content of your sessions will be shared with your employer.
To uphold the principles of confidentiality and prevent scheduling conflicts, we manage appointment bookings to avoid any overlap between employees from the same organization who are utilizing our services. Our scheduling protocols are specifically implemented to maintain the distinct and confidential nature of each employee’s engagement with us.
You can feel safe knowing that what you share stays between you and your clinician.
What to expect at the first session?
Please remember to bring your staff pass and show it to reception when you arrive. You’ll be asked to take a seat in our waiting area. Your clinician will come and greet you when it’s time for your session.
The first session is a chance to get to know each other. It’s a relaxed conversation where you can talk about what’s been on your mind, what’s been feeling difficult, and what kind of support you’re looking for.
Your therapist may ask about your background, experiences, and goals—but there’s no pressure to share anything you’re not ready to. This is a safe and supportive space to start your journey.
