Background And Experience

Bibiana is a Clinical Psychologist with experience working across the lifespan in both Singapore and Australia. She provides psychological therapy and assessments, and has experience supporting individuals and couples presenting with a range of emotional, behavioural, and psychological difficulties, including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and complex mental health concerns.

She is passionate about helping clients make sense of their experiences and navigate emotional and behavioural challenges, particularly when longstanding patterns may be affecting their relationships, sense of self, or day-to-day lives. She places a strong emphasis on creating a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel understood and accepted. She views therapy as a collaborative and compassionate process, helping individuals develop greater self-understanding, reconnect with what matters to them, and build meaningful, lasting change.

Her clinical approach is integrative and formulation-driven, drawing on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Schema Therapy, alongside attachment-informed and trauma-informed perspectives to support meaningful and sustained change.

Bibiana has a particular interest in women’s mental health and supporting women through the different emotional and psychological challenges that may arise across various stages of life. She has experience supporting women during the perinatal period and is interested in working with concerns relating to identity, relationships, caregiving, and emotional wellbeing.
