Jing
Assistant Psychologist
Background and Experience
A graduate in Psychological Science from James Cook University (Singapore), Jing has always been passionate about understanding human behavior and is committed to making people feel heard and supported. While studying, she worked part-time as a waitress and often interacted with individuals with special needs. This experience helped her better understand different perspectives and life experiences.
To further her knowledge, Jing pursued a Graduate Diploma in Psychology, with a focus on research related to at-risk youths. She also volunteered with Impart, where she supported young people from low-income families or those who had disengaged from school. Jing took the time to engage with these youths individually, listening to their goals and offering support to help them achieve their aspirations.
Personal
Currently, Jing helps with administrative tasks and marketing at Us Therapy. She creates mental health content and is learning more about how the clinic operates. In her free time, she enjoys walking in nature, exploring new places, and spending time with loved ones.
