Shreya Sharma
Counsellor-in-Training
“Healing is never complete until we have restored our sense of belonging. Belonging is deep participation in the world, the courage to be seen, and the willingness to be vulnerable to what is real.” – David Whyte
Shreya Sharma is a therapist-in-training with a background in mindfulness facilitation and a decade of experience in the technology industry at companies like Uber, Airbnb and Google. She is currently completing her post graduate Diploma in Counselling Psychology (from College of Allied Educators, Singapore) and holds certifications in mindfulness training (under Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach). Born in India and now based in Singapore, she deeply understands the complexities of navigating cultural transitions, identity shifts, and career transformations.
She enjoys working with adults navigating life transitions, burnout, trauma, chronic shame and questions of purpose. Her approach is evidence-based, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with mindfulness and somatic awareness. She believes in creating a therapy experience that is tailored to each client, focusing on their unique strengths, values, and lived experiences.
As a therapist-in-training, she is committed to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their inner landscapes with curiosity and compassion. Her work is rooted in the belief that healing is not about fixing oneself but about coming into deeper relationship with all parts of the self.
A lover of poetry, philosophy, and nature, she brings a reflective and holistic approach to therapy. Having walked her own path of transformation, she understands the courage it takes to step into the unknown. When she’s not working, you can find her journaling, meditating, creating art, or dancing on the beach.
She currently lives in Singapore with her husband and their beloved dog, Lupin. She is a therapist-in-training under the supervision of Ariel Ko, Clinical Psychologist.
