Background And Experience

Dr. Natasha Mitter is a Senior Clinical Psychologist with over 10 years of experience supporting teenagers, adults, and families who have experienced trauma or who are navigating complex emotional, behavioural, or mental health challenges.

After completing her Doctorate training at University College London, she returned to Singapore with a commitment to serving the community through the social service sector. As the Senior Clinical Psychologist at The Salvation Army Children & Youth Group, she led a dedicated clinical team, providing care across residential and community settings. Her work has always been collaborative, partnering with families, schools, and professionals to ensure holistic and trauma-informed support.

More About Natasha

Dr Natasha finds joy in mentoring early-career clinicians and in pushing for better, more accessible mental healthcare in Singapore and across the region. At the heart of her work, though, is a simple but powerful belief: therapy is a partnership. She is committed to walking alongside her clients, creating a safe, collaborative space for healing, growth, and the occasional laugh along the way.And when she’s not in the therapy room, you’ll probably find her with a cup of tea, laughing at lame dad jokes (someone has to!), reminding herself to take pleasure in little things or practising the elusive art of “work-life balance”.
