Kate is an Australian-trained and registered Clinical Psychologist with a specialist title endorsement in Clinical Psychology from the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA). She is a member of the Australian Psychological Society (APS) as well as a board approved supervisor.

Background & Experience

With over 10 years experience, Kate has worked with children, adolescents, adults, and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, addressing a wide range of mental health difficulties in both private and non-profit settings. She has worked as part of multidisciplinary teams and as an individual consulting psychologist. She specialises in the assessment and treatment of anxiety disorders across the lifespan.

Therapeutic Approach

Kate is committed to providing evidence-based psychological interventions, drawing on her expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches. She is also proficient in administering and interpreting various
