Carolyn Oh

Carolyn is a counsellor-in-training, currently completing her Masters in Guidance and Counselling at James Cook University. She is a seasoned leader in human resources and learning & development, with an extensive background and over 20 years in global HR management, talent management, and employee wellbeing initiatives. Her career spans multiple sectors—including hospitality, family entertainment, and retail—across Asia Pacific and Global landscapes.

Recognised as an all-rounded people person, Carolyn has held senior roles where she has driven strategic HR projects, spearheaded leadership development, and championed wellness programs for large organisations. She leads with empathy, firmly believing that organizations thrive when their people are well cared for, resulting in mutual growth and success.
