Jaclyn believes that everyone has the innate capacity to heal and grow from their experiences, even if they may not recognise it yet.
She adopts a person-centred approach, creating a safe and supportive space grounded in empathy, open-mindedness and self-compassion. Working collaboratively with clients, she seeks to understand their individual needs and explore approaches that best support their growth and wellbeing.
Jaclyn takes an integrative approach to counselling, tailoring each session to the unique needs and circumstances of the individual.

Testimonials From Clients & Health Provider Partners
Just wanted to highlight that my experience with Us was a very pleasant one from the start. My therapist, Ariel was a perfect fit for me. She made the sessions feel like a safe space, and was always celebrating my little victories with me. I look forward to every session knowing I was going to leave the room feeling a little bit more empowered, and that my time would be well spent. I would definitely recommend the clinic to all, and assure everyone that scheduling appointments are a breeze. The clinic is flexible and accommodating too.
Overall, I'm quite happy. I feel Ariel is supportive and patient with me, even when I keep going back to the same topics over and over.
