Background And Experience
Michael Dass is an experienced learning and development professional with more than twenty-five years of experience in leadership development, organisational learning, and human development. His career spans luxury hospitality, corporate learning, and executive leadership training, where he has focused on helping individuals grow in self-awareness, resilience, and leadership capability.
Throughout his career in the hospitality industry, Michael held senior learning and development leadership roles within one of Singapore’s large integrated resorts. In this role, he led strategic learning initiatives, mentored leaders, and designed programmes that strengthened service culture, emotional intelligence, and organisational performance. His work often involved guiding mentors, culture champions, and emerging leaders through reflective learning and coaching conversations, helping them navigate both professional and personal challenges with greater clarity and confidence.
Michael holds a Master of Education in Educational Leadership and Policy from Monash University, which provided him with a strong foundation in adult learning theory, leadership development, and organisational culture. This academic background informs his understanding of how individuals grow through reflection, guided inquiry, and supportive environments.
He is also a certified Khrysaljs coach, assessed by an ICF-credentialed coach, and has practised coaching extensively within organisational settings. Through this work, he has supported individuals in exploring challenges, gaining new perspectives, and identifying meaningful pathways for personal and professional growth.
Approach
Michael brings a reflective, collaborative, and human-centred approach to his work. His style emphasises deep listening, curiosity, and creating a supportive space where individuals can explore their experiences openly and safely.
Drawing on his background in leadership development and coaching, Michael helps clients develop greater self-awareness, resilience, and clarity in navigating life’s challenges. He values conversations that encourage reflection and insight, empowering individuals to identify their own strengths, values, and direction for growth.
His work is guided by principles of respect, empathy, and client empowerment, with a focus on helping individuals make sense of their experiences and move toward meaningful change.

Testimonials From Clients & Health Provider Partners
Just wanted to highlight that my experience with Us was a very pleasant one from the start. My therapist, Ariel was a perfect fit for me. She made the sessions feel like a safe space, and was always celebrating my little victories with me. I look forward to every session knowing I was going to leave the room feeling a little bit more empowered, and that my time would be well spent. I would definitely recommend the clinic to all, and assure everyone that scheduling appointments are a breeze. The clinic is flexible and accommodating too.
Overall, I'm quite happy. I feel Ariel is supportive and patient with me, even when I keep going back to the same topics over and over.
