Therapeutic Approach

Estephani’s therapeutic approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, trauma-informed therapy, analytic psychology, and expressive arts therapy. By utilising creative arts, she helps clients address psychological challenges, drawing on imagination to explore new possibilities and emphasise strengths over problems. This process allows clients to express their thoughts, emotions, and experiences in ways that deepen understanding on mental, physical, and emotional levels. Estephani carefully selects and adapts creative modalities to suit each client’s unique needs, cultivating insight, healing, and personal growth.

By working collaboratively, Estephani empowers individuals to develop greater self-awareness and take control of their well-being. Her holistic and adaptable approach ensures that each client receives the individualised support necessary for meaningful transformation.

Personal

Estephani was born and raised in Brazil before moving to Argentina for her university studies. She later moved to London and Switzerland for her professional practice and master’s training. Drawing from her own experiences, Estephani understands the challenges of moving to and living in different countries and recognises the importance of a culturally sensitive therapeutic approach. Estephani can conduct therapy in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
